The Activity Log was created for customers to track activity generated and posted to PrintNow servers. We show continuous log of changes and provide ways to filter and search by Id, Username, description. Type, and Date & Time.
Search Activity Log
- From your Unified Admin, go to Print Store>Activity Log.
- From the Activity Log page, your log will be filtered by default from newest to oldest changes.
- You can filter by ascending and descending order by clicking on the header column.
- You can search by keyword in the search box on top of the page.
- The unique activity id
- The username of which the changes were made by
- The detailed description of what the user changed
- The type of change made
- The IP of the user that received the error
- Whether the change was an update, add on, or delete
- Date & Time
- The data and time of the error
