What is the difference between standard support and technical consulting services?

During the onboarding process, you receive technical consulting from our top resources so PrintNow can help you get started. We have packages that are anywhere from 15-90 days of onboarding support but when that time is completed you will move onto standard support that requires you to access PrintNow support via email ticket system.

Technical Consulting is designed for companies that require multiple users that will contact support separately, longer support hours, & phone support. Technical Consulting consists of up to two (2) hours of monthly consulting assistance for ongoing technical set-up, solution design, webinar meetings, API support, and consulting reporting. PrintNow can customize these agreements for customers that require additional hours on an ongoing basis to help their solution be most successful beyond what onboarding provides you upfront.
