Why aren't my shipping methods working in my site?

Check your API credentials provided to you from shipping provider and make sure it’s set to production. See live rates API links below. Enter your credentials unders Storefront > Shipping Methods and Save Changes. Once your information is entered and saved click Refresh Rate Rules to display shipping options under the Shipping Rate Rules. Click Edit to enable the ones you want or add a fixed rate for a NON live rate option based on
