Why are my email notifications not working?


 1. go to Settings > Email Account. Check to see if you have entered the correct credentials in the System Mail Account and have successfully received an email using the “Test Mail Settings” button on that page.

2. go to CMS > Stores > Email Notifications and check to see if the “From” email is the same email used in step 1. Add yourself in the BCC field when testing.

3. That should be it on the PrintNow side. You may need to change your credentials in step one or make changes within your email provider. Let us know if your still having issues and we can help.
