The General Settings page contains some of your basic Print Store configurations like Storefront details, Payment methods, Checkout Defaults, and Product Browser views.
Storefront Details
- Name
- This is the name of the Print Store shown in Admin Tools
- Url
- Used when injecting the (%COMPANY_URL%) macro in Email Notifications.
- Theme
- The default theme assigned to your Print Store
- Culture
- The default culture used on the Print Store is English (United States) but it can be changed here.
- Alt. Default Url
- The default Url will use the home page (default) page but you can alter it here.
- Allow self registration
- Decide if users will be able to create accounts on your Print Store or accounts credentials will be provided to them.
- Allow user group selection during registration
- A self registration option that will list all available User Groups for the user to have account be assigned to on account creation.
- Invoice Logo
- Logo that will replace Company name label on invoice and job tickets
- Allow email marketing customer option
- Displays checkbox on user account creation for permission to send marketing emails
Payment Methods
- Invoice#
- Sets starting number. The number displays is the last invoice number generated
- Auto increment invoice number
- When enabled invoice number will be auto assigned.
- Enable "invoice" payment method at checkout
- Optional payment method to display
- Enable "purchase order" payment method at checkout
- Optional payment method to display
- Enable "check" payment method at checkout
- Optional payment method to display. Requires merchant account set up.
- Enable "credit card" payment method at checkout
- Optional payment method to display. Requires merchant account set up.
- Enable American Express credit card type
- Choose to enable if you wan to accept AMEX and you have a merchant account setup
- Enable Discover credit card type
- Choose to enable if you wan to accept Discover and you have a merchant account setup
Production Time
- Work Days
- Select days from the drop down menu
- Enter your production time frame in the time slots.
Checkout Defaults
- All prices include tax
- Used for European Union value added tax collection
- Hide tax during checkout
- Hides tax labels on front end Print Store
- Allow customers to change shipping/billing address
- Always enabled for B2C Print Stores
- Allow customers to create addresses
- Always enabled for B2C Print Stores
- Customer approval is required on all orders
- When enabled a checkbox will be required to be checked indicating terms have been read
- Allow PDF proof during checkout
- When enabled users can download a low-res PDF file
- Cont. Shopping Url
- Ability to override the redirect to home page when clicked to any page on your Print Store
Product Browser
- Product View
- Default to List or Grid layout
- Products Per Page
- Enter the amount of products you want to display at one time in the Product Browser
- Filters
- Enable Categories, Sizes, Quantities, Sorting, View Button
- Related Products
- Display the related products control in a list or Carousel
